Song of revival

Ruma Bhattacharyya

I (see) nothing

Can I hear my heart beat?

Lost for ever in the emptiness

In the void,

which no one sees but feels!

I closed my eyes,

Still see green barn,

With golden paddy field.

The birds chirping all around,

After the fearsome storm,

Left this world devastated.

Still we stand together;

To feel,

The new moon's melody,

Sun’s wedding with his ever love mate

The Spring

Beautified by the rainbow.

So let us start again

The same boat passenger

Let’s sail through the whole globe

Drifting pass the mighty seas

Let’s pierce through the sky

Even if thunder strikes.

Let’s yell back to it together.

Let’s stand

Until we run out of breath.

Keep running with new hopes...
